Why pilot pricing?
I'm just starting out as a freelancer (side business from March 2026). That means I'm offering lower rates to my first clients — in exchange for feedback, a testimonial, or simply learning how to work together.
No surprises afterwards. For every project I send a written proposal with clear scope, timeline, and costs. We only start when you approve.
Why so much cheaper? Honestly? I need to build a portfolio and prove I can deliver. You get quality work at a discount, I get references and case studies. Win-win.

📝 Written Proposal
Before we start, you get a clear scope: what I'll build, how long it takes, and what it costs. No surprises.
🔄 Iterative Build
I work in small steps with regular check-ins. You'll see progress and can give feedback throughout.
📚 Documentation
You get clear documentation so your team can maintain and extend what we build.
🎓 Handover Training
I train your team to use what we built. The goal is independence, not dependency.
⏱️ Timeline
Most pilot projects take 1-2 weeks. Small automations can be done in days. I'll be honest if something will take longer.
🛟 Support Period
2 weeks of support after delivery to fix any issues and answer questions.
Practical details
💳 Payment
After delivery, within 14 days. For larger projects: 50% at start, 50% after delivery.
🤝 Not satisfied?
Then we fix it. If it really doesn't work out, you only pay for hours already spent.
📄 Invoicing
Reverse charge VAT — article 21, §2 of the Belgian VAT Code (preparing for side business).
📍 Location
Based in Belgium. Remote works for most projects. On-site possible within Flanders.
